We have created a NEW App based on your feedback!

Here’s what you need to know about the existing App

  1. Will the existing App be terminated? Can I continue to sell through the App?

    Yes, we are discontinuing the existing dpHUE Professional App effective as of 9/24/2021 at 11:59 PM PT and providing this notice that the Terms and Conditions for the existing App will be terminated at the same time on 9/24/2021, too.

    Professionals will be able to sell using the existing App until 11:59 PM PT on 9/24/2021.

  2. Can I access the existing App after it is terminated?

    Professionals will have limited access to the existing dpHUE Professional App through 12/31/2021 to see their client list, previous orders, and commission payouts; after that date, access will be terminated.

  3. Will I be paid out for the commission I have earned?

    Yes, we will continue to pay out Professionals for all commission earned through the existing App for the period beginning 7/1/2021 through 9/24/2021. Professionals will not be able to sell through the App after 9/24/2021. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for the requirements to earn commissions through the existing App.

  4. What will dpHUE do with my clients’ information?

    Your clients’ information obtained from any orders placed through the existing App on or before 9/24/2021 will be maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Policy.

  5. What will dpHUE do with my personal/confidential (W9) information stored in the App?

    dpHUE will retain the information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and California Privacy Policy and the information will be used solely for business purposes, such as preparing any requisite tax forms, and will not be shared or used with any third parties as that term is defined by the CCPA.

  1. How do I register and start selling?

    During registration you will need to provide your cosmetologist license information.

    Once you register, you must submit your W-9 via email to

  2. How and when do I get paid under the New App?

    dpHUE will pay any validly earned commissions to you within 1 business day after the close of the following month via PayPal, as set forth in the Terms and Conditions for the New App.

    Once you’re approved, be sure to add your PayPal email address within your profile. Learn More.
